This Agreement must be acknowledged by all and any applicants to our database. This agreement is designed to provide applicants with a clearly defined understanding of our terms of business.
"we" means Superior Oilsands Employment Services Corp., and "our" shall be construed accordingly. "database" means the is an integrated collection of records and files consolidated into a common pool that can be easily accessed by employers seeking employees. "you" means the person applying to our database, and "your" shall be construed accordingly. "applicant" means the person applying to our database, "you". Superior Oilsands Employment Services Corp will be referred to as SOES throughout this agreement.
The Web Site may be accessed and used only by individuals who have: (a) reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence and can form legally binding contracts under applicable law; and (b) accepted this Agreement. Persons using the Web Site must comply with all applicable laws. SOES may in its discretion refuse permission to access and use the Web Site.
